The Learning Disability and Autism Leaders’ Awards celebrate people with learning disabilities and autistic people who are changing our society, one person at a time.

Do you know someone changing attitudes in their local community, in government, or in the media? Perhaps you know someone working as a self-advocate or someone doing amazing things in the worlds of education, work, sports, arts or entertainment?

Since my award I have had some really exciting things happen. My work gave me my very own project…It has given me so much confidence to be chosen and treated as an equal alongside the other artists.
